Is progress stored in the cloud?

According to the current official support article, Color Block Jam does not support cloud saving or Google/Apple account login. Progress is therefore tied to the device experience rather than automatically mirrored online.

What should you do before changing devices?

Keep the old device available and contact support through the in-game path: Main menu → Settings → Support → Chat with Us → Account. The support article also lists an email route. Do not promise yourself that reinstalling will restore progress.
