Level troubleshooting

When a walkthrough does not match your level

A matching level number does not always mean a matching board. Use these checks before deciding that a guide or video is wrong.

Check these six things

  1. Confirm the level number shown in your game.Check the number on the game screen rather than relying on a recent search or browser tab.
  2. Compare the opening board.Look at block colors, shapes, gates, exits, and empty spaces before following the first move.
  3. Check the linked source itself.Open the YouTube source and confirm that its visible board and title match the guide page.
  4. Consider a version or layout variant.Game updates, regional releases, tests, devices, or player progress can assign a different board to the same number.
  5. Search the current or nearby level again.A mislabeled video or shifted level sequence may place your board on a nearby guide page.
  6. Report the mismatch.Send the guide URL, level number, game version if visible, and a short description of what differs.

What to include in a report

Email support@colorblockjam-guide.com with the guide page URL, the level number shown in your game, and the first visible difference between the two boards. If you choose to attach a screenshot, avoid including notifications, account details, or other personal information.

Try another guide

Return to the search and enter the level number currently shown in your game.
